Ngo Quyen Exported processing Seafood Joint stock company of Minhtam group is a company of Kien Giang Importing and Exporting seafood Company.
On Feb 16th 2005, People’s Committee of Kien Giang decided to transfer from Ngo Quyen exported processing seafood enterprise of Kien Giang seafood Export and import Company to Ngo Quyen Exported processing Seafood Joint stock company according to 252/QD-UB Decision.
On Feb 25th 2005, the company organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Ngo Quyen exported Processing seafood joint stock company, via organzing regulations and operation of the Company to elect the Board of management and the board of control.
